We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
All items are shipped from the UK and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Large Letter service and typically arrive within:

• 2–4 working days for UK delivery.

During busy periods (such as Christmas or postal strikes), delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery is FREE.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery details or check with your local delivery office before issuing a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
